Post 3: Regional Dish (Spanish Tortilla)

A regional dish I would like to showcase is the ‘Spanish omelette’ or Spanish tortilla, a traditional, signature Spanish dish. This dish consists of an omelette made with eggs and potatoes, optionally including onion.
